Digital Package: A digital-only service. DBlack Marketing (DBM) provides high-resolution, print-ready PDF files and a live digital gallery link via email. No physical items are included.
VIP/Pro Package: Includes the Digital Package plus physical printing and delivery of event stationery (e.g., Table Cards, Signage).
2. Turnaround & Shipping
Digital Assets: Delivered via email within 48 hours of receiving all required event details.
Physical Items (VIP Only): Printing and shipping times vary by location. DBM is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the client.
3. Testimonials & Marketing Usage:
Testimonials: We love hearing about your experience! By using Qapture, you agree to provide a brief written or video testimonial within 14 days of your event.
Founding Member Perk: If you have purchased at a 'Founding Member' or specifically discounted rate, this testimonial is a required part of your service agreement.
Media Usage: To help us showcase the Qapture experience, you grant Qapture/DBM permission to use a selection of non-private guest media (e.g., candid photos of the setup or public gallery highlights) for marketing and promotional purpos
Privacy Opt-Out: We respect your privacy. If you wish for your event media to remain 100% private and excluded from marketing, please notify us in writing at [Your Email] prior to your event date.
4. Client Responsibility & Printing
For Digital Package clients, DBM provides "Print-Ready" files. DBM is not responsible for the quality of printing, paper stock, or errors made by the client's chosen local printer. For VIP clients, DBM will ensure professional print quality before shipping.
5. Content Moderation & Privacy:
The client is responsible for the content uploaded by their guests. DBM provides moderation tools, but is not liable for inappropriate content uploaded by third parties. Clients are advised to back up their media to their own permanent storage (e.g., Google Drive) as per the instructions provided.
6. Refunds & Cancellations:
Due to the bespoke and digital nature of these products, all sales are final.
Digital: No refunds once designs are created or the event page is active.
Physical: No refunds once physical items have been sent to print.
7. Liability
DBM/Qapture is not responsible for technical issues arising from guest device compatibility, local internet connectivity at the venue, or guest-side hardware issues.
